Defendant David gave Power of Attorney to his mother Jennifer and Wilfredo, the owner of the car, to represent him in Court. Plaintiff claims his Honda Accord was damaged because of defendants negligence, the son pushed a shopping cart so hard that hit his car in the parking lot, his mother was driving and fled the scene, he called the police, he showed photos of the defendants mother leaving the scene and the cars. Defendant had no defense.
