Defendant is a company represented by their manager in Court. Plaintiffs claim the photos came out horrible, dark, no flash, heads cut off. Defendant claims the photos are fine, they just want their money back because he lost his job, and, they told them at the beginning that the price was out of range for them, although they finally contracted them.
