Plaintiff claims that he gave a security deposit to defendant to hold the apartment for him, they agreed that if he changed his mind he would return the deposit. Defendant admitted in Court that he agreed to return half of the deposit and that he thought he paid him, turns out was a misunderstanding as he paid someone else the deposit, therefore the Judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff for half of the deposit.
