EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Plaintiff and defendant are both representing the companies in the case. Plaintiff claims defendant failed to pay a broker fee to his company for a rental property. Defendant claims that he did not know about that fee, nor he signed any document that says that he has to pay that fee; after doing some research he found out that plaintiff has done this to other clients, illegally, so he does not think its fair to pay it. While checking the documents presented by the plaintiff as evidence of the fee, the Judge found out the documents were forged, trying to pass it on Court.
