Defendant claims that plaintiffs gave the money to her because they offered it, not as a loan, that they are suing her because they cannot control her anymore. Plaintiff let her stayed at her house when she was going through problems with her girlfriend. Defendant says that plaintiff was always buying her stuff, she never understood why. Plaintiff claims she gave her the money as a loan, it was a verbal agreement.
