Plaintiff claims he paid the defendant to promote him as an artist, defendant took his money and did not do his job. They had a written contract. Defendant claims that he did do his job, tried to promote him but was unsuccessful, Plaintiff also says that defendant promised big projects, sold himself very well to make him believe him; everything he supposedly scheduled was always cancelled, nothing ever happened.
