Parties were long time friends. Plaintiff claims that defendant did not know what he was doing, damaged her property while doing her flooring which she contracted him to do, the job is not finished, now she has to contract someone else to finish it, she is accusing him of doing a shoddy job. Defendant claims the job was well done, the furniture was ot damaged as it was old and fragile and broke when he moved it, he also said that it is not his fault that the plaintiff had a change of heart of what she picked for the flooring.
